GIFT CARD FUNDRAISER

HOW IT WORKS

The non-profit organization or school group will take orders from family and friends for $10.00 Hickory Falls FEC gift cards.  Each card will be loaded with $10.00 of money that can be used to purchase anything throughout the facility AND an incentive of $5.00 in Bonus Money.  Bonus Money can be used to play any non-merchandiser game in the arcade and/or rollerball bowling.  The more gift cards sold – the more profit is earned!
The non-profit organization or school group must purchase a minimum of 50 gift cards at $10.00 each from Hickory Falls FEC.
Purchase 50 – $10.00 gift cards ($500.00) and earn a 15% discount.  Your total bill owed to Hickory Falls is $425.00 – Your group has profited $75.00 instantly!
Purchase 100 – $10.00 gift cards ($1,000.00) and earn a 25% discount.  Your total bill owed to Hickory Falls is $750.00 – Your group has profited $250.00 instantly!
Purchase 250 – $10.00 gift cards ($2,500.00) and earn a 50% discount.  Your total bill owed to Hickory Falls is $1,250.00 – Your group has profited $1,250.00 instantly!

PLAN AN EVENT NIGHT

HOW IT WORKS

Host an Event Night with Hickory Falls Family Entertainment Center (FEC) and we’ll give back 20% of your total sales to your non-profit organization or school group from customers that you bring to us.  This fundraising concept is offered on a non-holiday day on Monday-Thursday from 5PM-9PM (Summer Hours) and 4PM-8PM (Winter Hours).
NOTE:  It is at the discretion of Hickory Falls FEC that we deny a specific date to host a fundraiser.
Complete a “Fundraising Event Request Form” and return to Hickory Falls FEC … Email – Karen.Martz@hickoryfalls.com; Fax – (717) 633-9617
Once your fundraiser is approved and your date is secured, you may begin to market your Event Night.  Hickory Falls FEC will provide you with a flyer that allows you to inform your customer base of the fundraiser.  For the best results, it is recommended that you distribute the flyers 3-4 days before the event.  If you are distributing flyers 5+ days in advance, a reminder may be necessary to ensure a successful event.
Visit Hickory Falls FEC on your group’s specific event date and begin to earn 20% of all sales as you have fun with family and friends!
You will be informed of your group’s profits and receive a check within 2 weeks from your Event Night.
No calculating, sorting, door to door sales are required with this fundraising concept, however; marketing your Event Night is…
